Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino insists finishing sixth is nothing to celebrate.

Chelsea have enjoyed an incredible turnaround to put themselves in the position of qualifying for the Europa League.

But Pochettino says: "We spoke as a technical staff and it's not enough for us. It's not enough. We won't celebrate or take a photo if we finish fifth or sixth and be in Europe.

"It's not enough for the club, it's not enough for the owners, the sporting directors, the fans, the staff and the players. The goal is always to be at the top.

"When you hear it, you have to congratulate yourself and say good job. But it's certainly not enough for a club like Chelsea. We were preparing the soil, then we put the seed in the ground, we watered it every day and then we had to wait for the tree to grow."
